If you need assistance in making a complaint or providing feedback, we are able to help you and can organise an interpreter if you need one. You may also seek support from family, a friend or an independent advocate.
You may choose to be anonymous, however if you provide your details we can keep you informed with how your feedback has progressed.

Christmas Trading Hours
Can:Do Hearing clinics are closed from 4pm on Friday 19th December 2025 and reopen with regular trading hours on Monday 5th January 2026.
For batteries and minor repairs, you can visit Can:Do Hearing Unley (located inside Unley Shopping Centre, 204 Unley Road) between 10am and 3pm on non-public holidays.
